Currently accepting clients
I work with arty, creative, queer, pagan, non-monogamous, kinky, and neurodivergent individuals who are navigating trauma, grief, and other challenges. My clients often identify as the "weirdos and nerds" of their communities, with a deep love for learning and personal growth.
With lived experience in queer, polyamorous, and other alternative communities, I understand that these identities can shape our experiences in ways that are often overlooked. Whether you’re dealing with issues related to relationships, identity, or personal well-being, I’ll bring techniques and insights that align with your unique perspective. I hope you’ll bring a willingness for self-discovery and experimentation. If this sounds like you, let’s talk.
Specializing in…
I specialize in trauma and grief in their many forms and effects. I work with these deeply personal challenges, along with related coping mechanisms:
Trauma manifests uniquely in each person’s life, and a truly "trauma-informed" practice is adaptive and responsive to these varied needs. I also provide insights and techniques to help with relationships, cognition, and emotional regulation.
The Therapy Process
There are three steps to get started. Currently my practice is telehealth-only for people in Washington State.
